Please click the button “compatibility review” in the menu and click the button of “retry” in the dialog box. The pull-down menu will work after re-setting.

Q: What’s the meaning of PR value?

A: The test scale is formatted in accordance with MCU students, so the PR value of the test result is derived in comparison with MCU students’ results. PR value stands for the number of people whose scores are lower than yours for every 100 students. If your PR value is 85, it means your career competence is higher than 85 out of 100 people. In accordance with the past research results, students with higher self-efficacy in the self-assessment will have better performance in their study and career; these students will learn more and grow through the internship. Each class can apply for a counselor to explain the test results in class, or register with a career counselor for explanation of individual differences, as needed.

Q: I was required to redo the test due to my low score for social expectation, please advise how to do this?

A: Social expectation is a mechanism of verification, which inspects if you completed the test with social framework limitations. For example, on the question “I never lied”, students are required to answer this question in accordance with their actual situation. However, if the score of social expectation is still too low, that student may not be suitable for this test.
