Level one: Promote mental health and stimulate students' potential via various health-related activities. Assist students in establishing the concept of mental health, understanding\u00a0 methods of enhancing mental health, and developing their individual potential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2. Level two: Discover any problems at an early stage in order to help students earlier. Assist students in individual discussion and handling the problem and stress of their lives by sorting them out of a high-risk group and tracking them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">3. Level three: Risk management and medical assistance. Immediately evaluate the risk ranking for those with more psychiatric difficulty, and assist in introducing the medical system to those in need. Assist students by connecting with their classmates, friends and teachers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Details of the service:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (1) Individual Counseling: Using one-on-one interview to help counselees to know themselves and to solve their problems in order to change and to progress. Besides counselors, there are also psychologists available to do the counseling when needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (2) Promotion of mental health events: Host events such as, workshop, film discussion, study club, and group activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (3) Psychological tests: To offer all kinds of testing about interests, personality, learning and so on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">4. Special week event for mental health: There will be services of event about gender, life experience, and so on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">5. Counseling events for students who change their major, transfer to the university or for the first-year students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">6. Employment guidance for current students:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (1) Promote the idea of career planning and the right attitude of employment by using various printed materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (2) Hold various employment counseling and recruitment activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (3) Assist students in self-understanding by providing various examinations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (4) Analyze the employment market in order to provide information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (5) Implement employment counseling service to assist students in self-evaluation and teach them interview skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2. Provide more job opportunities: Establish a website for job opportunities, which not only can assist the graduating students in looking for jobs, but also invite companies to recruit on line.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">4. Implement tracked counseling: Compile tracked counseling records for the graduates of each department to understand the difficulties they faced and their employment status; take the information as reference in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">5. Assist all current students and graduates in professional training for various government examinations.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\">Service-Learning<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Provide the relevant and latest information about service-learning for students. \u201cService Learning\u201d not only expects students can help the people in the community, but also strengthens students\u2019 personal learning and self-development. These goals are achieved by reflection journal, group discussion, and sharing of results. Students can understand the meaning of service, increase their ability to reflect, understand societal issues, broaden their international view, and cultivate their consciousness as global citizens. The details of service-learning are as below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1. Promote all kinds of service-learning activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2. Introduce the connection between the department and other institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">3. Promote university-wide service-learning counseling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">4. Plan and implement courses which can fit into relevant service-learning activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">5.
